To get the most out of your session, please review this email carefully, as it contains information that ensures safe boundaries for both of us.

By participating in this session, you agree to the following:

Brandy Landen/The Cosmic Counselor, makes no claims, implied or otherwise, regarding the success and/or results from the application of Personal Holistic Coaching/Counseling and/or Intuitive Readings (hereinafter referred to as “services”) provided by Brandy Landen/The Cosmic Counselor.

Brandy Landen is not a licensed physician, therapist or psychologist. By booking a session and completing payment, you agree to take full responsibility for your own health and safety. You understand and agree with the disclaimer presented above, and in participation in the services provided by Brandy Landen/The Cosmic Counselor, hereby release Brandy Landen and her family from any and all liability, loss, and/or damage caused or alleged to have been caused, directly or indirectly, by the services provided and/or the information or ideas contained, suggested or referenced during the course of the services provided.

You understand that your participation in the services is strictly voluntary, at your own risk and you freely choose to participate. You understand that Brandy Landen/The Cosmic Counselor does not provide medical treatments and/or coverage and you verify that you will be responsible for any and all medical costs you incur, directly or indirectly, as a result of your participation.

Appointment confirmation:

Please check your appointment details carefully to ensure they are correct. The default time zone is Eastern Time, unless you chose otherwise during booking.

Meeting details:

About 10-15 minutes or more prior to our appointment, please ensure you have privacy for the duration of your session. This means setting limits with people, places, and pets if needed! Get comfortable and set your intentions for your session if you have not already done so. It is a good idea to have a glass of water and some tissues handy during our time together.

At our appointment time, please log in to my Zoom meeting room. (This can be done through a computer or cell phone after the Zoom app has been downloaded and installed at no cost to you.) I will admit you into the meeting room at the start of our session.

Recordings:

Your session will be recorded and sent to you via e-mail whenever possible, but due to technology limitations, recordings are not guaranteed. Sessions are recorded and provided to you for your own personal journey for review, and so that you do not have to take notes during your session.

Rescheduling and late appointments:

Please reach out to me through e-mail with any questions or to reschedule with more than 24 hours notice at brandy@brandylanden.com. Please contact me via text message if you will be less than 15 minutes late for our scheduled time. If you will be more than 15 minutes late, please notify me as soon as possible via text. Appointments rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice and appointments more than 15 minutes late must be rescheduled and all costs associated will be forfeited.

Confidentiality:

All personal information disclosed in our time together will be kept strictly confidential. Please let me know immediately if you have any questions about confidentiality and its limitations.

Internet technology statement:

All of our time together through the internet will occur over a secure connection using a VPN and encrypted password protection wherever possible. Please understand that since we may not have complete control over the technology that we utilize, this may require using alternate forms of communication, or even possibly rescheduling sessions to accommodate privacy and security. Every effort will be made to reschedule your session in a timely fashion should this occur.
